We are a young organisation, founded in 2025 and based in Hayes. That means no layers of management between you and the decisions, no policies written by people who have never worked a shift, and a genuine say in how this organisation grows.
It also means honesty from us about what the work is: some days are hard. Young people arrive with real histories and real mistrust, and progress is measured in months, not moments. If you want work where what you do on a Tuesday afternoon visibly matters to someone's life, this is it.
You'll work close to home — our properties are in West London, North West London and Buckinghamshire, and we deliberately staff them with people who know those communities.

Qualifications help, but they are not the starting point. We look for people who are reliable when it's inconvenient, calm when things go wrong, and genuinely interested in young people as people. If that's you, we will teach you the rest — safeguarding practice, support planning, recording, and everything in between.
