Consistency
Residents should never wonder if support will show up.
About Beaumont Cooper
We founded Beaumont Cooper because supported living for young adults deserves the same care, rigour and quality that any of us would want for our own family. Too much provision in this sector is transactional — a room, a rota, a monthly invoice.
We chose a different starting point: a small number of well-run homes in the communities we know — West London, North West London and Buckinghamshire — with support plans written for individual people, not categories.
Our Story
February 2025
Beaumont Cooper Ltd is registered as a private limited company (company number 16227816), with its registered office at 89 Coldharbour Lane, Hayes. From day one, the intent was clear: a regional provider with deep local knowledge, not a national chain.
2025
We are in our establishment phase: building our property portfolio, developing relationships with placing authorities across West London, North West London and Buckinghamshire, and recruiting a team that shares our standards. We would rather grow carefully than quickly.
[To be added]
Milestones will be recorded here as they happen — first placements, framework approvals, and portfolio growth. We will only publish what has actually been achieved.
Our Values
Residents should never wonder if support will show up.
Every young person is treated as a full person, not a case number.
Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary.
Commissioners, families, and residents are always informed.
Our Approach
"Person-centred" is an easy phrase to write and a hard standard to keep. For us it means each support plan is authored for one individual — their history, their risks, their ambitions — and reviewed on a fixed schedule, not when someone remembers. It means key workers who know their residents by more than a file reference.
It also means being honest about boundaries. We provide supported living, not clinical care. Where a young person needs input from CAMHS, education providers or health services, our job is to coordinate and advocate — reliably, in writing, and on time. Social workers in Hillingdon, Ealing and Harrow should always know exactly where a placement stands.
Finally, it means designing for departure. Every plan we write points towards the day a young person no longer needs us: budgeting, cooking, tenancy skills, education and work. Progress is recorded, reviewed with the resident, and reported to the placing authority.

Regional Commitment
Not a national chain. Not a distant head office. Our staff live and work in the same communities as our residents — in Hayes, Southall, Uxbridge, Harrow and beyond. When a commissioner calls about a placement in Hillingdon or High Wycombe, they speak to someone who knows the area, the schools, and the services around it.
