Accommodation

Homes designed for living, not just housing.

Every Beaumont Cooper property is furnished, maintained and inspected to the standard we would accept for our own families — because a young person cannot build a life in a building nobody cares about.

Our Philosophy

Generic supported housing often looks like what it is: a unit, fitted to a budget. Our homes are ordinary houses on ordinary residential streets in West London, North West London and Buckinghamshire — decorated properly, furnished fully before move-in, and repaired promptly when something breaks. The difference is not luxury; it is care. A young person who is given a decent room, a working kitchen and a landlord who responds learns something about their own worth — and about what to expect from the world.

Communal Spaces

Shared areas that work for shared lives

Shared homes stand or fall on their communal spaces. Ours include a fully equipped kitchen with individual food storage for each resident, a furnished living room, laundry facilities, and outdoor space where the property allows.

Safety & Security

Secure, inspected, and respectful of privacy

CCTV, done properly

CCTV operates in communal areas only, in compliance with residents' right to privacy and dignity. There are no cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms — ever.

Secure entry

Controlled entry to every property, secure locks on every bedroom door, and managed key protocols.

Fire safety

Smoke and heat detection, fire doors, clear escape routes and regular alarm testing in every home.

Regular inspections

Scheduled property inspections and prompt maintenance. Faults are logged, tracked and reported — residents can raise issues directly through their portal.
